Dan Stalp

Dan is President of Sandler Training, Kansas City – a proven, trademarked selling method. He has more than 23 years of experience in sales, management, and business ownership from the financial services and sales training industries.

He co-founded the award-winning employee benefits firm of Dessonville Boler Wood & Stalp in 1993. He remained with his firm until October of 2005, when he joined Sandler Training.

Dan began his training in the Sandler Training method in 1995 and experienced first-hand the transformation it had on his attitudes, behaviors and selling skills with his prior business and now as President of Sandler Training.

He is well involved in the Kansas City community. He has been honored with several awards including the Kansas City Business Magazine “Top Growth” award, the Center for Spirit at Work “Top Small Business” award, Citizen of the Year for TLC for Children, Kansas City Small Magazine “25 Under 25 Small Business Award” (honoring outstanding companies with fewer than 25 employees), the United Way “Unsung Hero Award”, Ingram’s Magazine “40 Under 40 Award” (recognizing leaders in business under age forty), the “Kansas City Neighborhood Hero Award”, and the “Kansas City Citizen of the Month.”

Dan is blessed to be a mentor with the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program. He is asked to be interviewed on numerous panels and radio programs concerning sales, sales management and leadership.

He has co-authored two books “The Reunion” (2011) and “Another Reunion” (2013) about pursuing a life of significance rather than success in one’s life. He also writes a monthly sales advice column called “Sales Coach” in Kansas City Business Magazine.

Dan is married to Lisa since 1991 and they have four children – two daughters and two sons ages 20-13. Lisa is a clinical psychologist with the Rehabilitation Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.

Bill Brelsford

Bill Brelsford

Bill is the owner of Rebar Business Builders, a marketing consulting firm that specializes in helping consultant, trainers, coaches and other professionals attract more clients, grow sales, and go home early.

While Bill has been a consultant for the majority of his career, he has had the opportunity to do so while wearing several different hats. After graduating from Washburn University, he began his career as a certified public accountant (CPA).  During his time in public accounting he had the opportunity to help open a new regional office and work on several national level projects.

During that time, Bill also spent a great deal of time automating business systems and teaching himself to write software. After leaving public accounting, Bill worked as a custom software developer, helping business owners automate their systems and use the data from those systems to make better decisions.

In 2005, Bill decided to go out on his own and bring his systems based approach to small business marketing. With the growth of the Internet, the connection between marketing and technology has continued to grow, leaving Bill in a unique position to help his clients.

Having lived in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and North Carolina (with a couple more stops in KS along the way), Bill now resides in beautiful Moab, UT. He can often be “caught” sneaking out to one of the National Parks or the local golf course.

Bill is currently single, but unfortunately, he is not nearly as snappy a dresser as his caricature depicts — which may be why he’s single.
